Why it works

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, relational, whole-person care for adults who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy, but do not require inpatient or residential treatment. IOP offers consistency, accountability, and community while allowing participants to remain engaged in their work, education, relationships, and daily lives.

We approach care with the belief that each person already has what it takes to heal and grow. Our role is to help strengthen access to those internal and relational resources through evidence-based, compassionate treatment.
